Learn how to make our gooey, scrumptous Gluten Free Lemon Polenta cake. Our head baker Elyse will teach you all the tricks of the trade in a fun and relaxed evening of gluten free baking. You will also be able to take your creation home in a beautiful Lallapolosa gift box.

Date

The course will be held between 6.30pm - 8.30pm on Thursday 27th March 2025. Please arrive 10 minutes beforehand.

Location

The course is held in Lallapolosa’s beautiful East Twickenham bakery, 363 Richmond Road, East Twickenham, TW1 2EJ, close to Richmond Bridge. There is public on-street parking outside the bakery subject to availability. The bakery is a 15 minute walk from Richmond train and underground station, a 10 minute walk from St Margerets train station, and has local bus stops very close by.

Instructor

All Lallapolosa baking classes are taught by our owner and baker-in-chief Elyse Savage.

Elyse has been baking ever since she was old enough to hold a whisk and has a true love affair with all things baking, Before starting Lallaolosa Elyse taught at some of London’s most prestigious baking and cake decorating schools. Since starting the unique Lallapolosa Baking Company Elyse has picked up 10 national Great Taste Awards, including the highly coveted three gold star award.
