Back when Lalalpolosa started life in a small kitchen barely big enough to swing a mixing bowl it was our delicious, much sort after brownies that got us underway!

Today they remain as delightful as ever and one of our best and most requested sellers. In fact, we still get requests from people who had a particular flavour of brownie many years ago and said they simply cant forget it.

Join our head baker Elyse for a fun evening of brownie baking as she takes you through how to create our signature treat. For those that prefer we can also teach you how to create your delicious brownies gluten free or vegan.

Each guest will take home their creations in a gorgeous Lallapolosa gift box, to give to a special someone, or simply devour yourself.

Date

The course will be held between 6.30pm - 8.30pm on Thursday 17th April 2025. Please arrive 10 minutes beforehand.

Location

The course is held in Lallapolosa’s beautiful East Twickenham bakery, 363 Richmond Road, East Twickenham, TW1 2EJ, close to Richmond Bridge. There is public on-street parking outside the bakery subject to availability. The bakery is a 15 minute walk from Richmond train and underground station, a 10 minute walk from St Margerets train station, and has local bus stops very close by.

Instructor

All Lallapolosa baking classes are taught by our owner and baker-in-chief Elyse Savage.

Elyse has been baking ever since she was old enough to hold a whisk and has a true love affair with all things baking. Before starting Lallaolosa Elyse taught at some of London’s most prestigious baking and cake decorating schools. Since starting the unique Lallapolosa Baking Company Elyse has picked up 10 national Great Taste Awards, including the highly coveted three gold star award.
